I recently purchased a Naviforce watch, and I've encountered a couple of issues with it. After just three months of use, I've noticed that the color has faded significantly, and more concerningly, all the screws have come loose and come out. Given that the watch is still under warranty, I would like to request a replacement. Please let me know how we can proceed with this matter. I'm hoping for a prompt resolution, whether that means sending me a new watch or addressing the issues with my current one.
