We recently upgraded the firmware on our battery management system from V62 to V72, and we've encountered several issues. Specifically, while the FCC now correctly shows 314Ah, the current measurements have dramatically dropped compared to what we were seeing before the upgrade. The readings from our battery management system are not aligning with the Deye inverter, leading to significant discrepancies in current values— for example, the Li-BMS shows around 13A while the Deye reports approximately 46A, which translates to an inverter output of about 2.4kW. This inconsistency is also causing inaccuracies in the state of charge. Could you please clarify if the new firmware version requires any additional steps for current calibration? Additionally, is there a parameter file specific to this version? We noticed that the "Resistance Mark" has changed from 1030 to 290 post-upgrade; is this change connected to the current sensing or shunt calibration? We urgently need your input to resolve these technical issues.
