I'm looking for a quote for an automatic spot welding machine designed for manufacturing fan impellers, as detailed in the attached drawing. The machine should accommodate variable inner diameters, with a max outer diameter of 1000 mm and a min inner diameter of 60 mm. Our focus is on achieving a "riveted-type" joint without welding the tabs to the 2 mm front and rear plates, minimizing heat input. The materials for the impellers include 1.4301 stainless steel for the front and back plates and 1.4016 for the blades. If the proposed solution isn't feasible, we may consider conventional spot welding as an alternative, but we'd like to avoid that if possible.
