I have a concern regarding the cell readings from the battery management system (BMS) for my lithium battery pack. It seems that each row of cells is displaying a voltage of 5V instead of the expected 4V. Although the cells are in the correct order, the voltage readings are unusually high. Specifically, the 7s 4p 18650 lithium cells should ideally read around 4.2V, but I'm observing them at 5.2V instead. As a result, the entire battery pack shows a voltage of 36.4V rather than the anticipated 29.4V. This discrepancy is quite unusual, and I'm seeking any insights or explanations you might have regarding this situation.
