I'm seeking a dependable partner for low-volume production of industrial housing panels, specifically symmetrical left and right pieces, with dimensions around 30x26x26 cm. We aim to use Vacuum Casting (Silicone Mold) with high-temp, impact-resistant ABS-like polyurethane, suitable for outdoor conditions (80°C–90°C). A smooth matte finish that's ready for paint is required.
We're looking at ordering 10, 20, and 30 sets (1 set = left + right panel). Due to our IP policies, we'll share 3D STEP files only after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Non-Use, Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention (NNN) agreement. Can you confirm if you can accommodate this and provide your standard NDA/NNN template? Once that's in place, I'll send the STEP files for an accurate quote.
