We are looking for a tandem vane pump with specific performance criteria. The packer stage should deliver an average flow rate of 84 l/min, with cartridges available that can handle a range from 68 to 100 l/min. Additionally, the auxiliary stage needs to achieve an average flow rate of 63 l/min, and we require cartridges that support flow rates between 25 to 80 l/min. The pump must operate at rotation speeds of 3500 RPM or higher, with pressure capabilities averaging 150 bar and peaking at 220-230 bar for short durations (up to 20 seconds). It should be compatible with HYDREX AW-32 or AW-46 oil and function effectively within a temperature range of -20 to 60 °C. Filtration must be 10 microns, and installation needs to be possible below the oil level, specifically within 0.2-0.8 meters.
