I've encountered significant issues after updating the software on my BMS units. Initially, I had a 150A unit malfunction following a software update, which led me to purchase a 200A model, thinking I could avoid the same problem. Unfortunately, after updating its software as well, this unit has also stopped functioning properly. Now, I have two damaged BMS units, and I'm quite concerned about the overall quality of the products. I really need your assistance in resolving these issues. It's frustrating to see that both units failed in the same manner after updates, and I'm worried that this trend might continue. Can you provide any insights or suggestions on how I can prevent this from happening again, or perhaps address the failures I've already experienced? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
