We're in the process of developing a new Integrated Nano-Aquarium Hub for 10L–20L tanks and are on the lookout for a manufacturing partner to assist with prototyping and mass production. The design features a low-profile submersible disc that sits within the substrate, incorporating integrated filtration using a 5V DC pump, aeration through a built-in air stone/diffuser, and RGB or white LED lighting on the top surface. It also includes a threaded mounting point for modular decorations and operates on 5V USB power for safety and global use. Can you confirm your experience with aquatic electronics like pumps and LED systems? We need support with Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and creating a functional prototype. It's crucial that your components meet UKCA/CE and RoHS compliance. Are you able to offer a customizable base unit, or would we need to initiate a full New Product Introduction (NPI) process?
