I'm reaching out regarding the microneedling RF machine I purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the small clips on both handles are broken, though the handles still function properly. I've tried contacting Jenny for assistance but haven't received a clear response. Could you please advise on how to fix this issue? If necessary, I'm willing to send the handles back to China for repair. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
