We are looking for a production line specifically designed for hard wadding or hard cotton. The desired working width is between 1,600mm and 2,000mm, allowing for the production of 600mm and 1,200mm panels, including trim allowances. A double-belt oven is essential since single-belt systems are only suitable for soft wadding. The oven should feature electrically controlled belt gap adjustments within a range of 25mm to 150mm, with a total oven length of 9m for heating and an additional 2m for cooling. We require the heating method to be electric, compatible with our solar energy setup for efficiency. The target output capacity is between 300 to 500 kg/hr to support a monthly production volume of 50,000 kg over two shifts. Additionally, the temperature range should reach up to 220°C, as the rPSF binder typically melts at 180–200°C. Downstream processes should include either a cutting machine and winder for rolls or a guillotine cutter for panels.
