We are looking for a filtration system tailored for our tube mill line and would appreciate a detailed technical and pricing proposal from your team based on the specifications below. The system should efficiently handle a flow rate of 12.5 m³/h, utilizing water-soluble oil or water-based lubricant as the fluid. The electrical setup requires a 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz configuration, and the filtration system will be installed in a pit located approximately 30 meters from the mill line. It's essential that the system effectively removes a range of contaminants, including ferrous and non-ferrous metal fines, burrs, slitting fines, welding oxides, tramp oil, and biological contaminants like bacteria and fungi.
