I'm looking into a custom FFC cable with a 1.0 mm pitch for a 48V NEMA 23 stepper motor. I need to know the max continuous current rating per conductor and the specifications for conductor width and thickness. Additionally, what's the temperature rise at different current levels (1A, 2A, 3A) per conductor, and is the current limit determined by the cable or the connector? Also, for a stepper motor operating at around 2–4A per phase, would using multiple conductors in parallel be advisable? Any recommendations on FFC/FPC specifications or standard products suitable for this application would be appreciated. The cable length is around 200CM.
