I'm currently experiencing some technical issues with my solar inverter and battery system. The PVButler app is displaying incorrect data, indicating that the batteries are sending power while charging, and vice versa when there's no generation. I have already rebooted the system and logged out and back into the app, but nothing has improved. I reached out to the PVButler support team, but I haven't received any valuable feedback yet. I'm interested in switching to your app for better management. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thanks!
