We've encountered an issue with our instrument. While it powers on, the head doesn't move backward, and the F(cN) display freezes at a specific value. The head only moves slowly when we engage the fore key at a reduced speed, making it difficult to operate effectively. Could you please advise on how to reset the instrument to factory settings? We believe this might help resolve the issue. Additionally, we're trying to access the calibration mode but are blocked; do you have any passwords or instructions that could assist us in this process? Thank you!
