I recently placed an order for 5,000 bags, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing—the product isn't visible inside. Despite this issue, I'm in need of an additional 2,000 bags and have been trying to reach Zain Huang from your sales team. I've contacted her multiple times, but haven't received a response. She previously sent some bags my way, but there are still 600 that need to be shipped to an address in China.
