I'm launching a new brand that specializes in high-quality, reversible resort wear, and I'm looking for a manufacturing partner for our debut collection. The first item is a versatile 3-piece set that includes a tank, shorts, and a bucket hat. I've attached the Tech Pack that outlines detailed measurements and material specifications for your review. We expect the minimum order quantity to be between 50 and 100 units. The construction should be fully "bagged out" and double-layered to ensure true reversibility. We plan to utilize Organic Compact Cotton Interlock and Cotton Canvas for this set. Do you have experience with reversible designs and can you manage color matching across varied fabric weights? Additionally, please share your lead time for prototype samples along with an initial CMT estimate.
