Specifically, I'm looking for a rod with ultralight action that still offers enough backbone to handle medium to large fish. I prefer a moderate to slow taper for a deep parabolic action that loads well under light pressure, made from low modulus carbon (like 24T or similar to hollow wrapped carbon). The feel should be soft and forgiving, allowing for a “full bend” style, rather than fast and stiff. For the build, I'd like a split grip foam handle with foam for both the rear and fore grips and an exposed blank in between, with the rod being around 1.98 meters in length. I'd also like Fuji guides and reel seats.
