We are currently looking into a new product for athletic footwear, specifically an ultra-thin multi-layer laminate intended to be placed beneath the insole to enhance grip and prevent slipping. The design should consist of a top layer with pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, a flexible TPU or PET carrier layer in the middle, and a micro-structured or embossed high-friction TPU surface at the bottom, all topped with a silicone-coated release liner. The total thickness should be less than 0.5 mm. We'd like to check if your company has the capability to manufacture this type of multi-layer laminate, from initial prototyping to producing finalized die-cut products.
