Specific gravity and density ranges need to align with standard requirements. Additionally, viscosity, acid value, melting point, and saponification values should adhere to specified limits. Suppliers are expected to provide essential documentation, including a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for each material. A minimum shelf life of 24 months and clear batch traceability are required, ensuring compliance with relevant cosmetic or biocidal standards.
