I'm experiencing issues with my BMS setup. The app shows 16 cell strings, but my battery has 24. When I try to change this, I get a "Set Fail" message. I've attempted several resets and adjusted the voltage settings, but nothing worked. This is critical as the BMS fails to cut off charging, leading some cells to overcharge and reach 4.5V.
I also need a UART to USB cable for Windows, as I'd like to try the PC app for better control. Additionally, could you share the download link for the Windows version of the app? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
