I'm reaching out regarding a new humidifier purchase I recently made. When I power it on, everything seems fine initially, but unfortunately, there's no water vapor being released. I've checked the water tank, and it appears to be filled correctly, so I'm puzzled about why it's not functioning as expected. Additionally, I'm facing issues connecting the device via Bluetooth. I've followed the prompts in the manual, but the connection just won't establish. It's disappointing, especially since it's a new unit.
