I'm looking to see if you offer Silicon Carbide sheets or cordierite. We've been using cordierite for its excellent thermal properties, which prevent cracking during our vacuum gas quench heat treat process. As we aim to boost output, we're particularly interested in thin sheets that allow for better radiant heat distribution across multiple layers. The ceramic must effectively function as a barrier between our components and graphite heat treat fixtures at high temperatures over 2000°F. We need sheets sized 11” x 17” with a mesh configuration to enhance radiant heat pass-through while ensuring strong thermal stress characteristics similar to cordierite.
