We are reaching out regarding a patient with a complex case of metastatic melanoma. Diagnosed in 2021, he underwent multiple immunotherapy sessions, experiencing remission until March 2026. Following bowel surgery, he experienced a rapid decline, leading to the discovery of metastases, including in the brain.
Currently, he is on targeted therapy and recently completed radiation for brain tumors, which have since resolved. While his overall condition has improved, we have not yet conducted follow-up imaging as per medical advice. We are interested in exploring TIL therapy as a potential treatment option.
