We're experiencing issues with our BMS setup for a 72V battery system. First off, I'm unable to install the required software on my PC, which is a major roadblock. Also, the switch connected to the KEY port isn't functioning properly, failing to turn off the controller. Additionally, the battery isn't charging through the mobile app, and I'm uncertain if it's communicating with the BMS at all. The charger is connected via CAN, but I suspect there's no communication happening. Any guidance on troubleshooting or verifying connections would be greatly appreciated!
