We're currently using your locker locks at our Menora project and want to check if there's an emergency unlock feature or an override option available. In case a user forgets their locker code, is there a master or management code we can use to access the locker without causing any damage? Additionally, we'd like to know if this functionality needs to be set up beforehand or if it can be applied to the units we have already installed. Any guidance or documentation you can provide would be really helpful. Thanks!
