I placed an order for over 10,000 pounds of furniture on January 18th via Alibaba with carrot, and was initially informed that the production would take about 30 days, followed by a shipping time of 40 to 45 days. I received a notification that my order was shipped on April 23rd, and expected delivery in the UK by May 26th. However, I've now been informed of a delay, with a new arrival date set for June 11th, and that the shipment didn't actually leave until May 12th—this timeline doesn't seem to match up. I'm really anxious to get some clarity on the situation, as I've already been very patient. If my furniture was only shipped in May, the new estimated arrival is not in line with the promised timelines. This will take nearly 5 months if it arrives on June 11th. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with concrete dates and further updates on my order status, considering the significant investment I've made.
